CADRE's INDUSTRIAL division consists of a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable project managers and superintendents with over 50+ combined years of experience in industrial projects including warehouses, manufacturing plants, tilt wall, distribution facilities, and others.

With combined experience of nearly forty years, our knowledge of land, office, industrial, retail and investment transactions services that can be bundled in client’s unique circumstances as a they pursue real estate opportunities, growth, dispositions, investments, and more.

Charbel Dahdah, Owner and Founder of CADRE Construction, heads the Construction Division. His construction experience includes a wide variety of specialized and complicated projects across all industries of Commercial Construction, including large hospitals, office parks, corporate interiors, specialized healthcare and animal hospitals, hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, large public schools and heavy highway infrastructure. Charbel’s commercial real estate ownership and commercial development experience gives him the unique perspective of being a Landlord and an Owner. Charbel obtained his Construction Science and Business degrees from Texas A&M University and is pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is involved in many professional organizations such as Commercial Broker’s Association, RECA, CCIM.
Ron Evans began his commercial real estate career in 1990. A passionate “deal maker”, Ron has a wide range of expertise, including development, construction, brokerage, management, land acquisition, investment sales, and real estate ownership. Notable national clients include Hitachi, Federal Express, Farmers Insurance, AT&T, Nokia, and Verizon. As an Owner and Founder of CADRE Construction, Ron now specializes in commercial development, construction, and real estate. Ron holds his CCIM designation and Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. Ron received a business degree from the University of Texas, Austin in 1988. He is actively involved in local and national real estate organizations such as CTCAR, CCIM, and CBA.
